Let me help you get back on the Block with a gentle class
If you’ve fallen out of your blocking routine, let’s get back on the wagon. This class will be NO pressure, with special focus on the breath. I also know how some people really push themselves and don’t think to return to the basics. So, we’ll do just that. This will be a relaxing class celebrating our personal practice, whatever stage we’re at. It’ll start and end with a breath. Together.
